HISTORY & OVERVIEW

IN CASE YOU DIDN’T KNOW…

Alaska Coach Tours was formed in 2004 for the purpose of providing ground transportation and tour services for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Regent, Oceania, Un-Cruise and Lindblad Expeditions/National Geographic in Southeast Alaska. We operate in Ketchikan, Juneau, Sitka, and Skagway during the summer season from May through September.  Our company owns and operates approximately 85 motorcoaches in these locations - providing Southeast Alaska with one of the youngest motorcoach fleets available.

In Seattle, our primary operation will be providing transportation for the cruise ships in Seattle and Vancouver, BC. The majority of our drivers' time will be spent doing Sea-Tac airport and hotel pick-ups and drop-offs. We'll also be running the tours that the ships sells, which consist of day trips to Woodinville wine country, the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and Boeing.

We have a sister company that operates in Washington State. Located in Seattle, Washington, Pacific Alaska Tours offers custom bus tours and bus charter services at a competitive price. Locally owned and operated in Alaska for over 10 years, we are now proudly serving the Pacific Northwest.

In keeping with our Guiding Principle of Environmental Responsibility, Alaska Coach Tours is extremely proud of the following ventures: to be one of a select few tour companies using an ultra-low sulfur fuel, and our plan in the near future is to prepare for the operation of one of the first electric motorcoaches in Alaska. Because we gain so much from this great region, we believe it is imperative to be good stewards and to give something back.
